Rosie's herb house is a brand new villa ideal for families, groups of friends or couples that prefer a tranquil stay, amazing views and unfogetable sunsets. Suitable for hikers or bikers as a base for adventures. Just 16 km from Agia Efimia and Fiskardo and only 10 minutes drive from Assos

Rosie's Herb House has 2 large double bedrooms 1 en-suite and a spacious twin bedroom all on the same floor. A large vaulted open plan dinning area well furnished with an eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture has been thought out to make the traveller fell right at home. It has a large modern well equipped kitchen tiled floors and fly screens on all the windows, the villa also has AC throughout. Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron is also availabe. A flat screen TV and DVD player has been provided.
Rosie's Herb House is located in Karia within easy reach of Agia Efimia Assos and Fiskardo. The villa has a sunny pool deck with a 3x5 mtr plung pool and plenty of loungers and shade. A flagged veranda on the front of the property looks out at the cypress covered hills and also a spectacular sea view and is also furnished to a high standatd. Off-road parking is provided.
A complimentary welcome breakfast is provided courtesy of Rosie's Kitchen bar-cafe just accross the street, to include organic local products such as yoghurt, honey, walnuts, homemade jam, toast and cereals for the children.th salt water and it gets cleaned using a filtering system called a salt chlorine generator. The system uses electricity to turn salt into chlorine, which cleans the pool. BBQ is also available at the property
